Cancellation Policy

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. By booking, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If more than 48 hours notice is given your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit and cancellations made with less than 24 hours will require full payment to be made for cost of treatment
